How do I place an order?
Browse our home decor catalog, add items to your cart, and complete the checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Please email us immediately at info@classicelm.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can modify it. Once shipped, it is no longer possible; you will need to initiate the return procedure.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, transactions use encrypted connections. We do not store credit card details.
In what currency are the prices?
All prices are in Euros (€), VAT included, with no additional costs.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only deliver within Italy.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, delivery takes 3–5 business days within Italy.
Shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders.
How to track my package?
You will receive a tracking code via email when the goods are dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal. As an additional benefit, we extend the return request period up to 30 days from receipt. The product must be returned intact with its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Normally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the issue is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the costs.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and verifying the goods, we will issue a refund within 14 calendar days. The bank may take additional days for the credit to appear.
What to do if I receive a damaged item?
Send photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange free return and refund or replacement. The 24-month legal warranty remains valid.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?
No, you can purchase as a guest. With an account, you can track orders and save addresses.
How to reset my password?
Click on "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions.
